Terms of Warranty
* The target products are measurement amplifiers only.
- 1. Should the product fail within the warranty period under proper operation conditions in accordance with notes in the instruction manual and labels attached on the machine body, we will repair the failed part by our predetermined method free of charge. If this is the case, please bring the failed product together with the warranty to the sales distributor where you purchased the product or the sales office we designate. Note that we will not return some of the old parts replaced for repair or a part of the machine to you.
- 2. We shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for direct damage, indirect damage (loss of business interests, business interruption, loss of business information, etc.), special damage, incidental damage, extensive damage, and loss or damage of data in other devices and parts that are caused by a failure of the product or use of the failed product.
- 3. We will repair the product for a fee even within the warranty period in the following cases:
- 1) When the warranty is not presented;
- 2) When the warranty is not filled in with the warranty period, machine model, or manufacturing number, or when the text is altered;
- 3) When the product fails or is damaged as the product is improperly handled by the customer, such as transportation of the product by the customer, dropping of the product during its transfer, and shock to the product;
- 4) Failure and damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or repair of the product by the customer;
- 5) Failure and damage caused by fire, salt damage, gas damage, earthquake, lightning strike, storm and flood damage, other act of providence, or an external factor such as abnormal voltage;
- 6) Failure and damage caused by a device or consumable connected to our product and not designated by us; and
- 7) When a consumable part has been degraded over time, worn, or deteriorated even by normal usage.
- 4. If you have any questions, consult the sales distributor where you purchased the product or the sales office we designate.
- 5. This warranty is valid only in Japan.
- 6. If you have any question on repair after expiration of the warranty period or other matters, make an inquiry to the sales distributor where you purchased the product or the sales office we designate.
- 7. The minimum retention period of the product’s parts for repair use is seven years from the production discontinuance.
- 8. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. The warranty period will not be changed even after the product has been repaired.
- 9. These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
- 10. The latest version of these terms shall always apply.
